As an existing Norfolk Homes homeowner (or previous purchaser), if you have a friend and/or family member who might be considering moving home and be interested in a Norfolk Homes house, we’d be grateful for a referral and/or introduction. Any friend or family member you recommend to Norfolk Homes who ultimately goes on to legally complete purchase of a new Norfolk Homes house will qualify you, the referrer, for a £250 reward.

Terms and Conditions

• The referrer must have previously purchased a brand-new Norfolk Homes Ltd house directly from Norfolk Homes Ltd and be able to provide evidence of the purchase upon request.
• The friend or family member must notify the Sales Manager (for the site which they are purchasing on) of the details of the person who has referred them at the time of reservation. No referrals’ will be accepted once a plot reservation has been taken.
• The £250 referral fee will be paid to the referrer within 28 days of the completion of the purchase by the friend or family member who they referred.
• Only one referral fee (£250) will be paid per property purchased.
• In line with Norfolk Homes Ltd standard policy the purchaser must exchange contracts within 6 weeks of reservation unless otherwise agreed with Norfolk Homes Ltd.
• Norfolk Homes reserves the right to withdraw the Refer a Friend Scheme at anytime.
• The Refer a Friend Scheme is not available to employees of Norfolk Homes Ltd.
