Long Stratton – At Last
August 22, 2023The Planning Consents issued provide for the delivery of a total of 1875 houses, a bypass around Long Stratton, a school, commercial land, community facilities, playing pitches and associated infrastructure.
James Nicholls, Managing Director of both Norfolk Homes Limited and Norfolk Land Limited commented as follows “Today is a monumental day for Long Stratton and the wider population of Norfolk, which sees the delivery of this long sort development and the bypass around Long Stratton become a reality. We have been involved in the project for over a decade and to be able to announce the news today is a proud moment for both companies. We could not however have done it without the dedication and hard work of our staff, in conjunction with that of South Norfolk Council and Norfolk County Council, we thank both major stakeholders for their commitment to making the project a reality.”
Norfolk Homes Limited and Norfolk Land Limited will continue to work with both South Norfolk and Norfolk County Council to make sure that the delivery of the development commences as soon as possible.
