January 5, 2026Following our success at The Landings, we are pleased to introduce our next development in Rackheath – The Approach.
We are delighted to share our plans for this new development in the popular village of Rackheath, just outside Norwich. Known for its established community and well-connected location, Rackheath continues to be a highly sought-after place to live.
Norfolk Homes Ltd is preparing detailed proposals and is seeking the community’s views prior to formal submission.
A Public Exhibition is to take place on Friday 9 January 2026 from 14.00 to 19.00 in the The Pavilion, Green Lane West, Rackheath, NR13 6LT.
The proposals relate to the development of up to 143 dwellings, link road, and access off Green Lane West, Rackheath.
The exhibition has been prepared to give the local community an opportunity to review, comment on, and help shape the ongoing design process ahead of the submission of a detailed planning application to Broadland District Council.
Your views are important to us and will be fully considered before the plans are developed further, finalised, and submitted. We encourage you to share your feedback on the proposals after viewing the draft plans on display.
The documents and facility to comment will be available from 9 January 2026 until 19 January 2026.
