Norfolk Homes Limited are delighted to share the exciting news that we have received planning approval from South Norfolk District Council for our site in Diss.

Works will now begin in earnest on the essential infrastructure that will enable us to commence delivery of 177 much-needed homes in the established market town of Diss.

In addition to providing 58 affordable houses and land for the long sort after Diss cemetery extension, the development will provide a Community Infrastructure Levy payment of over £1 Million to help deliver much needed projects within the local area.
