Marriott’s Park, Taverham
November 18, 2024Norfolk Homes are delighted to announce, that alongside our Consortium Partners BDW (Anglia) and Abel Homes Ltd, collectively we have completed the purchase of Marriott’s Park in Taverham.
The land benefits from Outline Planning Permission for up to 1,530 homes. The development will also include provisions such as Independent Living (to be delivered by Saffron Housing Trust), land for a Primary School, a Local Centre, a Health/Community Hub, Allotments, improvements to Marriott’s Way and a MUGA.
This is a hugely exciting project which we are all committed to delivering in partnership.
