With over 40 years of experience in Norfolk, we take pride in delivering homes that blend timeless design with modern living, ensuring each home complements its surroundings and meets the highest standards of quality.
Building with Purpose
For 40 years, Norfolk Homes has proudly remained a privately owned company, building an esteemed reputation for constructing homes of the highest quality. Our homes are crafted with care and attention to detail. Sustainability guides our approach, using eco-friendly methods and energy-efficient solutions.
Each of our developments is thoughtfully designed to connect people, enhance the local environment and provide a real sense of belonging.
We work with Local Councils, Local Partners and Communities, listening and responding through open consultation. This ensures our developments meet planning requirements and reflect the needs and values of the people who live there.
We’re proud to build homes in Norfolk. We are proud to build homes where community, quality and thoughtful design come together.
Planning Applications
Marriott’s Park, Taverham
We are pleased to share our plans for a new development in the popular village of Taverham, just outside Norwich. Known for its green spaces, strong community spirit, and convenient location, Taverham is an ideal setting for a thoughtfully planned new neighbourhood.
Thank you to those who attended our joint public consultation on 20 June at Hinks Meadow. The consultation provided the local community with the opportunity to review the proposals for Marriott’s Park.
Norfolk Homes Limited have now submitted a reserved matters application for our first phase of 188 high-quality, energy-efficient 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Designed to reflect the character of the area while offering modern comfort and sustainable living.
