Norfolk Homes Limited are delighted to share that they have received planning approval at Broadland District Council Planning Committee today for our site in Aylsham.

Our development off Norwich Road will see the delivery of 252 homes and a 90-bed extra care facility delivered in partnership with Saffron Housing Trust Limited. The approval will also see the demolition of the former Aylsham Lodge Hotel.

We can’t wait to work with our partners to commence delivery of these much-needed homes and the extra care facilities, which will add further to the thriving community of Aylsham.

Early works on essential infrastructure, including the demolition of the former hotel will be underway over the coming months.
